These terms govern your use of StreetMetric: Toronto Edition.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using StreetMetric: Toronto Edition (the Game), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. Entertainment Purpose
The Game is provided strictly for entertainment purposes only. Property listings, prices, images, and descriptions featured in the Game are for gameplay and do not constitute real estate advice, appraisals, property valuations, or offers to buy or sell real property. You should not rely on any information in the Game for real estate decisions.
3. No Real Estate Services
StreetMetric is not a licensed real estate brokerage, agent, or appraiser. The Game does not facilitate real estate transactions and does not provide professional real estate advice. Any property information shown may not reflect current market conditions or actual listing prices.
4. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to use realistic property data, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any property information displayed in the Game. Prices and property details may be fictional, estimated, or outdated.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the Game only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the Game's systems or infrastructure.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and branding of the Game are the property of StreetMetric and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share your game results using the built-in share feature.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided as is without warranties of any kind. StreetMetric shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game or reliance on any information presented within it.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
